Tom Bulcock's Profile

Tom was raised on a farm in Kansas where he developed his character and hard work ethic. At the age of twelve he moved to Sanibel Island, Fla. This is where he developed his passion for the game of golf. After years of schooling he graduated with a degree in golf management. In 1991 he relocated to the Hilton Head Bluffton area and started working his way up the ranks of the golf business. In 1998, Tom transitioned in to the real estate business, selling homes and home sites in local golf communities. He worked at Callawassie Island for two years where he specialized in homesite sales, resale homes, and new construction. He quickly rose to the top to become the number 2 sales person within Callawassie Island. He was also an onsite sales executive at Southbridge Golf Community in Savannah for eight years. Throughout his career Tom has sold over 300 homes and homesites! Tom is very experienced in the build process, where he has assisted homeowners from start to finish. Tom knows real estate and his qualifications prove it! He was the Young Council of Realtors Vice President and President, on the Savannah Board of Realtors, and Top Producer at Tradition Hilton Head. He is the Chairman of Realtor Care Day, where he organizes local realtors to assist people in need with their home repairs. He is also a Nine Years Multi Million Dollar Producer Award Winner.
